What is Maternal Nursing?
Maternal Nursing addresses issues/problems related to childbearing and childrearing for women and their children at all stages of the life cycle and for the families surrounding women and their children. It also involves supporting the lives of women and their families so that their strengths are drawn out and their level of health is enhanced.
Maternal Nursing is taught by faculty from the Maternal Nursing and Midwifery Program.
